Luke came out to work on our hot tub after we developed a slow leak from our heater. He gave us a solid quote to replace it as well as replacing a few other parts. In addition to the repairs, he helped educate us on the importance of hot tub maintenance and how that will increase the lifetime of the equipment. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us realistic timelines and expectations. He was a good communicator and was able to get the parts quickly after we gave him the go.
